Gail Spreen is the President and Owner of Streeterville Properties and has been a real estate broker since 1994. Gail has focused her career entirely on the Chicago market working with large developers in the City and specializing in the Streeterville neighborhood.
Gail received her MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Business in 2005 with majors in real estate management, marketing and entrepreneurship. She represents a true real estate professional with disciplines and market knowledge to assist her clients in all aspects of their home buying a selling experience.
Gail is proud to call Streeterville home and is extremely active in both the residential and business commmunities. As past President of SOAR, the Streeterville Organization of Active Residents, Gail is continually working to keep Streeterville a neighborhood. She worked with the City Departments and developers to make improvements to her projects that will enhance and improve the neighborhood and create value for the entire area.

Katrina traveled a varied career path before landing at Streeterville Properties. She worked for three years at Warner Brothers Television on a major syndicated talk show while obtaining a very strong work ethic and lots of great stories. She made the jump from television to real estate in 2000 as property manager of a landmark commercial building in the Chicago Loop. Katrina was inspired and obtained her Illinois Real Estate Brokers License in 2004 and found a home at Streeterville Properties as its first broker associate.
Katrina possesses a genuine compassion for people and her strong character, competence, and the level of commitment she provides make her a valuable asset to her clients. "It is extremely important to me and I work hard to earn the trust and confidence of my clients. I especially enjoy negotiating on behalf of my clients to get the best price on their sale or purchase. I want them to feel like they've achieved the best outcome and I'm genuinely excited for them."
Her clients describe her as being energetic and fun to work with, making the home buying and selling process more enjoyable and less stressful. "Experience has taught me that buying and selling real estate is not just a business transaction. It can be an emotional experience, and it's certainly one of the biggest financial investments most of us will make in our lifetime, she says. "I serve on the Professional Board for PAWS (Pets Are Worth Saving). I am a huge animal lover so I particularly enjoy helping fellow pet owners with the challenge of finding the pet friendly home of their dreams! I am also an active member and volunteer with SOAR (Streeterville Organization of Active Residents) and for the last several years I have been on the committee as volunteer, Co-Chair and last year Chair of the successful BluePrints Fundraiser. Held at the the Museum of Contemporary Art the evening honors Chicago art & architecture while raising money for SOAR. Born in Chicago and raised in the area, Sheri developed a love for the city. After graduating witha degree in marketing from the School of Business at the University of Wisconsin - Madison, Sheri worked in incentive travel marketing. She then spent several years as a broker of luxury European travel, specifically European canal barge cruises. During that time, Sheri specialized in sales, marketing and public relations (working closely with writers to get articles in high end publications.) She also focused on very personalized client service, and consistently exceeded her sales goals. After obtaining her Real Estate Brokers License, Sheri continued to strive for excellence by becoming Quality Service Certified. She ensures that her clients' expectations are met and exceeded each step of the transaction by working hard to truly understand the needs and wants of each individual buyer or seller. Prior to joining Streeterville Properties, Sheri accomplished a successful three years at another large real estate firm.
Sheri has resided in the city of Chicago for over a decade, inhabiting the Lincoln Park, Old Town and Streeterville neighborhoods. She has been a volunteer with the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. She is a member of the Chicago Association of Realtors, the Illinois Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the Northern Illinois Multiple Listing Service.

Kareem began his career in advertising and has been active in the real estate industry since 1997, when he took a position as marketing director for Phoenix, AZ based builder Touchstone Homes. After deciding that Arizona's warm climate was not enough to overcome his love for Chicago, he returned home and began his sales career with Schaumburg based, William Ryan Homes. Always wanting to work and live downtown, Kareem joined Garrison Partners Consulting where he gained valuable experience selling different product types, incliding hi-rise timber and soft lofts and most recently condo conversions for Terrapin Properties.
Now happy to be with Streeterville Properties since January of 07, Kareem looks forward to continuing his real estate success story. Kareem is a licensed real estate agent in Illinois and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in advertising from the University of Illinois at Champaign - Urbana.

Steve's clients enjoy working with him because he is able to put them at ease while walking them through with what can be a complicated process and for some the biggest financial decision they will ever make. His clients have said he is a pleasure to work with and he makes it a goal to keep in touch with them and to make sure they have a positive experience.
When Steve is not in the office, he is an avid sports fan: Sox, Bears, Bulls and Hawks! Even though real estate keeps him busy he tries to make it to as many games as he can. Steve has become an expert in the Streeterville condo market as he lives in the neighborhood part time and enjoys all it has to offer.

Tim moved to Chicago in 1983 after graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a BS Degree in Construction Administration. After working for several years in the graphic design industry, he landed in the sales and marketing world which led to his becoming a real estate broker in 2000.
Over the last 11 years Tim has worked in brokerage in various neighborhoods including Bucktown, Wicker Park, Logan Square, Lakeview and Lincoln Park as well as all the downtown neighborhoods including Streeterville and the Gold Coast. He spent several years as part of the marketing and sales team for one of the biggest residential developers in the city, and worked on many of the most prominent high rise buildings in Streeterville. He left the Streeterville area a few years ago to go back to brokerage and worked on projects in Logan Square, helping a small bank group work out some of their REO issues.
Being back in Streeterville again is a little like coming home. Tim lives just outside the Loop and has a special affinity for the downtown neighborhoods and for the great city of Chicago in general. He's particularly happy to have the opportunity to work again in many of the buildings he originally helped to market and sell. Streeterville is a great community with many great buildings, but it's really the people and the businesses that give this neighborhood its special flavor. Tim is very excited to have become a part of Streeterville Properties and to join Gail and the rest of her great team.

Tom is a Chicago area native originally from Glen Ellyn. He has a particular passion for city living, earning a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning and Policy from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He’s been a perennial volunteer with neighborhood groups such as the Streeterville Association of Active Residents, the Greater North Michigan Avenue Association, the Streeterville Chamber of Commerce and the River North Business Association. Tom prides himself on being involved in the community and being among the first to know of exciting new developments in the city.
Tom is also a practicing attorney, a solo practitioner working in the areas of estate planning, corporate counsel and nonprofit development. He earned his law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 1997.
Outside of these professional interests, Tom is an avid sportsman, enjoying sailing, cycling, backpacking and a number of other outdoor activities. He is particularly fond of delivering sailboats across the Atlantic between the U.S. East Coast and the Caribbean.
